This Platform, all the materials and products, included on or otherwise made available to you through this site are provided by House of Chhaya on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any representation or warranties, express or implied except otherwise specified in writing.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India, without reference to conflict of laws principles. The courts in Bangalore, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement.
