Shipping and Returns

Shipping within India

We take 6-12 working days to dispatch your order.
After dispatch, it takes 3-6 working days for your order to reach you, depending upon your location.
Shipping is free for orders above 2,000 INR.
Cash On Delivery (COD) is not available as a payment options.
You will receive an email with the tracking details once the order is shipped. You can also track the same in your “Account” section at our website.
Shipping during SALE period can be delayed by 4-9 working days

International Shipping

We offer free International shipping above ₹20000. All international orders are shipped within 6-12 working days.
After dispatch, your order will be delivered with in 5-15 working days.
You will receive an email with the tracking details once your order is shipped. You can also track the same in your “Account” section at our website.
Customer has to bear the shipping & handling charges plus any duty as applicable at the destination.
For Shipping charges please add products to the cart, fill in the country, total amount of products along with shipping cost will be reflected.
These delivery times are subject to location, distance and our logistics partners. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities but will help you track down a package through our partner courier services. Kindly note there might be a delay during National holidays, festivals and climatic emergencies.

Return Policy

Exchange can be processed only in case your have received a defective piece. Here defects are classified as - one or more tears in the cloth material, unwounded embroidery thread, and discoloration.
As a company policy we do not provide refund/cancellation on any product sold
Initiate your exchange request via dropping a message on WhatsApp (+91 7204 43 4460), or an email at houseofchhaya@gmail.com. We will revert back to you within 72hrs working hours with confirmation Exchange request from our end. House of Chhaya holds the right to cancel exchange in case the shipped product doesn't have any of the mentioned defects.
You can initiate an exchange request within 3 days of the delivery. No request will be entertained henceforth. In case you placed the order as a guest, please drop an email at houseofchhaya@gmail.com with your order number, we will revert with all the details within 72 hrs possible.
We will not be able to process any request after the first exchange.
Our Logistic partner will pick-up the Product/s within 3 days of receiving the request and shall make two attempts to pick up the Product/s. If the item is not picked up in the second attempt, the return request shall be considered complete at our end. In that scenario, you have to ship them back on your own
In case your shipping address is not servable for pick-ups, you will be requested to ship the product back to us. Where the cost of shipping borne by you will be eligible for reimbursement from our end.
Please ensure that the products are in unused condition with their original packaging and tags. You are welcome to try product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition.
We will initiate your exchange once your order is picked up & checked for quality subject to applicable exceptions. This process takes around 5 to 10 working days. You will receive an email as soon as a replacement is shipped.
Product sold promotion/scheme/offer/discount/sale may not be eligible for exchange. This will be notified under the product description.
Exchange is not provided on international orders.

Disclaimer

As each product's embroidery is done by hand, no two flowers will be identical and the beauty lies in that only.
As computer/mobile screens vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor display of any color will be accurate.
Please note, since our products are not mass manufactured, the product measurements may vary from 1-3 inches as specified in the description depending upon the lot, fabric, size or design.
